1. Seller and scope

The HIISE online store is operated by Strebado OÜ, registry code 17582621, email info@hiise.ee, telephone 5817 0306. These terms apply to purchases made at hiise.ee.

2. Products and prices

Product details, prices and available variants are shown on the product page. Prices are displayed in euros. The price shown at checkout applies to the order. In the event of an obvious technical pricing error, the seller may cancel the order and refund the payment.

3. Ordering and payment

An order is placed by adding a product to the cart and paying with an available checkout method. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order. Confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

4. Delivery

Home delivery of HIISE Hugo within Estonia is free. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. The sofa is delivered in one compact package. If the stated timeframe cannot be met, we will contact the customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal notice must be sent by email to info@hiise.ee. The product must be returned within 14 days after the notice. The customer bears the direct return transport cost of a non-defective product. The customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

6. Refunds

We refund payments no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the product is returned or proof of return is supplied. The refund is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Defective products

Strebado OÜ is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery to the consumer. Please notify us at info@hiise.ee no later than two months after discovering the defect. We reply to written complaints within 15 days. The seller bears justified costs of remedying a defect.

8. Use and shape recovery

After unpacking, the sofa reaches its full shape within 72 hours to one week. Follow the unpacking instructions and do not keep the product compressed beyond the period recommended by the manufacturer.

9. Dispute resolution

We first seek to resolve disputes by agreement. Consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or bring the matter before a court.

Data we process

We may process your name, contact details, delivery and billing details, order and payment information, communications, device and technical data, IP address, website usage and cookie choices. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service provider; we do not retain complete payment card details.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to enter into and perform contracts, collect payments, deliver orders, provide support, process returns, keep accounts, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect our legitimate interests. Marketing communications and non-essential cookies are based on consent, which can be withdrawn.

Recipients

Data is shared only as necessary with Shopify, payment, delivery, IT and accounting partners and with public authorities where required by law. Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area using legally required safeguards.

Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary for these purposes and legal obligations. Accounting records are generally retained for seven years. Customer enquiries and order information are retained for the period needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@hiise.ee to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
